Individual Therapy

What is it?

Individual therapy is a process in which clients work one on one with a therapist to explore feelings, behaviors, challenges, or aspects of a client's life that he or she may want to change. This is done in a confidential, caring and supportive environment.

People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Maybe the client wants to change past behaviors that have not served them or help coping with major life changes or trauma. Whatever the reason, the benefits are numerous and personal to each client.

I work with each client to establish their personal plan and goals. I believe that you are the expert in your life and I want to help and support you on your path to awareness and self actualization. Together, we can explore your challenges in a warm, comfortable and supportive environment.

Frequently Asked Questions:

I accept self pay (cash, check, health savings account or credit card). I am not currently taking insurance clients. I can provide a superbill for clients to bill their insurance.
